Who we are

Santa Tecla Project was born from the need of Santa Tecla Immobiliare to offer its customers a complete service with particular attention to the urban building verification phases of a property to arrive at the tailor-made design of a living, working or commercial space.
Starting from this need, a company was created with highly skilled resources in the field of architecture, structural engineering and interior design.

Luigi was awarded the title of grandfather of the group. Engineer and photography enthusiast, he is a head of our construction sites division. With his experience and his precision, he will allow you to reach all objectives respecting the times.

Projects

Via Montebello

The apartment was subjected to a structural and architectural intervention: the wooden floor was consolidated with a steel substructure and a restyling was carried out to enhanced original details, such as the stone fireplace and the bleached oak floor. The furnishings and lighting were designed in agreement and in harmony with the owner.

Via Giusti

This apartment was subjected to a structural intervention to renovate the attic for residential purposes. The height was increased and we built a new wooden roof slab in order to save energy heat. We built four dormers on the main front, in vertical continuity with the openings already present, two skylights and a small terrace on the internal front. At the end of the project, we also carried out an aesthetic-functional redesign of the spaces.

Via Traiano

The apartment, which dates back to the seventies, has been totally redesigned to respond, in the best possible way, to the new owners needs. The spaces were redefined creating an open space, four bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two bathrooms and a laundry room. We choose to design bright and welcoming living environments.
